Hello. What could be the problem if I can't select a character to link a prop to him? CC3+ character was modified by ZBrush Face Tool. I can link and "look at" prop to anything in scene, but the character is invisible for it.

Have you tried with one of the embedded characters like Kevin. Do you still have the same problem?

Thanks for the reply. Just checked, no such problem with Kevin.

Ummm... So, what is the solution to this problem? I am having the same issue, but I don't want to use Kevin, I want to use the character I created. (BTW, it was created from the Toon Neutral Male, with just morphs applied to it, no zBrush, or anything like that.) Anyway, I cannot get a prop to link or attach to it.

By the way, in case they don't answer, here is what I had to do to attach the prop. Select the character, and open Edit Reach Target. Select the hand you want to attach the prop to, and create a dummy. Then parent the dummy to the hand. Finally, select the prop and parent it to the hand dummy. That was the only way I could get that prop to attach or link to the character.

Well, In our case the issue was rather silly - the character was just locked in scene outliner
