I'm attempting facial mocap with Reallusion's free base meshes in Blender. (link below)

I followed the below tutorial, using a custom-recorded FBX export:

The results are less than desirable:
It also appears the meshes' shape keys are not compatible compatible with Blender's Rigify or FaceIt. I assumed these shape keys were universal.
I have a few questions:
-Has anyone successfully attempted facial mocap with these base meshes?
-Is it possible to record facial mocap in Blender directly, specifically with these base meshes?
-Is retargeting the face possible with these base meshes?
Or am I going about this the wrong way? Any advice or nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
