Hi guys,

I'm sorry if this question has been asked many times before, and would gladly appreciate a link to the solution in such case, since I tried searching for this specific issue and couldn't find anything that could actually work.

I have a DAZ model (P3D Gigi, to be precise: https://www.daz3d.com/p3d-gigi-hd-for-genesis-9).

I put in the eyes in the DAZ studio, then exported the model as .fbx:

75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlargehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/0b667e91-2f5d-4d68-8e0b-011a.png

Then, I tried importing the model in several ways:

1. I tried using transformer for CC3+ model which ended up with me having the following error: Failed to Load Character: No suitable Setup Profile Found.

2. Drag-n-dropping the .fbx file directly. This worked better since I can transfer and even rig the model correctly, except that the eyes look like this:

75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlargehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/734250d5-e0bd-465b-bc21-1984.png

I would gladly appreciate any advice on how to possibly fix that.

Thank you!

Hi...

For the white eye issues, you should be able to correct this on the Material tab of the Modify Panel. Just select EyeMoisture_Right, EyeMoisture_Left and Tear and reduce the Opacity level for each one. This normally resolves the problem.
