Unfortunately you haven't included details of your graphics card which is the most important component. Because issues like the one you are experiencing are often graphics related, do make sure your graphics drivers are updated to the latest available. Often after updates to iClone and CC you will also need to update your graphics drivers so do check this first.

However, if the problem continues, please contact Support using the link below and supply your system information (dxdiag.txt). They will then be able to advise you further.

@animatedbeing and toppro77.

Log out of the Hub, close it and then log back in again, that should solve the issue.

Hi using rtx4090 no updates for the graphic card

Thanks for letting us know your graphics card. One other thing to try is to uninstall iClone 8 and then do a clean full install of 8.4. This might resolve the problem if there was an issue with the update. You can then do the same with Character Creator 4.

However, if it doesn't resolve the problem, please contact Support as I advised previously and they will help you.

Just an observation.  The other day prior to updating to 8.4 and 4.4, I updated my graphics driver to the latest for a 3090.  After the driver update I could open a project in Iclone, but if I tried to move along the time line, I would get the hourglass and the program would then just die.  I still had my old driver installation and after installing everything worked again.  I have not tried the driver update since installing 8.4 and 4.4.  Why tempt fate?
