A couple of issues with my recent purchase of ActorCore Crowd Set:1) The actors get installed, but the alternate color templates (Material Plus) are not installed. I've followed the instructions in the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYV0hs3yl7w) to download separately -- everything seems to follow the video, except no files are ever downloaded. I've tried refreshing Content Manager to no avail. They MatPlus files never show up in either iC8 nor CC4.2) The thumbnail for the pack is missing in Content Manager (it says "Dummy Image Need To Be Replaced"). I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling this pack with the same results.Curious if anyone else is having this problem?BTW, I've already created a Support Ticket
