A couple of issues with my recent purchase of ActorCore Crowd Set:1) The actors get installed, but the alternate color templates (Material Plus) are not installed. I've followed the instructions in the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYV0hs3yl7w) to download separately -- everything seems to follow the video, except no files are ever downloaded. I've tried refreshing Content Manager to no avail. They MatPlus files never show up in either iC8 nor CC4.2) The thumbnail for the pack is missing in Content Manager (it says "Dummy Image Need To Be Replaced"). I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling this pack with the same results.Curious if anyone else is having this problem?BTW, I've already created a Support Ticket

Hi...
In Content Manager select the Template tab, then the Pack tab, and then click on Update in the left hand list. If your pack is listed please update and this will add the new materials.
If you still have problems, please let me know which Crowd Pack you bought (there are several).

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the reply. Yes I have tried the Update process several times to no avail -- also Un-install/Re-Install.
The pack was the Black Friday 30-actor combo (Casual+Formal+Sports) Crowd Set Bundle.
