Hi there, I hope you're doing well.

I'm currently encountering an issue with accuRIG and Unreal Engine. I use a metahuman for vtubing, and for body rigging, I rely on one of your motions. Previously, I worked with accuRIG version 1.0.3, and everything functioned smoothly.

My workflow involved:

  • Rigging the body (excluding the head) in accuRIG.
  • Uploading and selecting my motion.
  • Exporting to Unreal Engine.
  • Attaching the metahuman head to the neck bone (refer to picture

However, in the past few days, I've been trying to upload a new body using the updated 1.3.2 version of accuRIG (as I'm unable to use the 1.0.3 version anymore due to a mandatory update). I followed the same process, but now when I play a sequence or motion, the metahuman head appears distorted (see picture 2). I've attempted to mask the head bone in accuRIG and even tried with a different body, but the issue persists after multiples try.Do you have any suggestions or a workaround to use the 1.0.3 version again?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

Yves

Hi there,
I tried to email the team and open a ticket on the feedback tracker but unfortunately I didn't get any reply.
There is another way to contact them ?

Best regards,
Yves
