Hello,
I am typing in the Internal IP address as seen in Accuface. When I copy it into Motion Live, it says it failed, and to try to reconnect. I went ahead and even tried changing it, as the support said to try, but this did not connect either. As a matter of face, in the support info., when it changes the IP address from "999" to "1000", it is "999" that is in the example. I tried various numbers and it will still not connect.
I am using a BRIO 4K, with USB3. I tried various resolutions and FPS, that didn't change anything. My iPhone and such connect to Motion Live, but not AccuFace. I am running Win 10, latest version (2023.11.10), with 192 GB of RAM, everything on PCIe 4 with dual lanes, and a 32-core AMD Threadripper, and an NVIDIA RTX 3090 (24 GB of VRAM). There should be no problem running it live.
Suggestions? Help! Thank you.
