ok after modifying the textures, it works perfectly, and it wasn't even a drastic modification.

Yea im going to try to do what was suggested above by lightening the textures in another app and see how it goes. I try to avoid Daz but it gets harder and harder the more I need. I'm about to start my first feature length film.

Of course I am not sure if the OP wants to endure the vicissitudes of learning the Daz eco system and crappy animation system., and the morph packs he would need would cost a bit of money. Being pretty adept at modeling/sculpting ,in Blender, myself, I might have a go at doing some custom body morphs for a CC3 base and using the morph animator (like the guy in the video I posted earlier) now that I finished my last feature film in only 76 days and find myself with some free time for new experiments.

Oh yes, Sagan works great in iClone. The only limitation it cannot be applied to the Non-Standard (Humanoid) character imported from Daz. iClone does not support Alembic animations import for Humanoids (only for Standard Base) for some reason. But if you import DAZ character as a prop into CC, send it to iClone. Then no need to worry about materials in alembic. Maya/UE/C4D preset export with SubD Cage for Sagan worked just fine in iClone applying it to a prop. I only did a single pose for Azeem

There maybe a way to export alembic from DAZ, but the exporter is not free.
The Official $$paid$$ Alembic exporter in the Daz store is useless garbage anyway:crying:

Soft Body works for any character in iClone or CC as long as maps and settings are properly applied. Settings should be applied individually for each material though while you select them in weight maps assign window. Those maps which come with the Marketplace project, need to be optimized. I saved them and converted to 8 bit Grayscale PNG with 256 indexed colors and then reapplied. If you need to lighten them up for more dynamics, do not do it in Weights panel. Instead, increase a contrast in an external app and reapply.
There... a different character

Daz Genesis 1,2,3,8,9 and their clothing.hair can be transformed into Iclone but AFAIK the Daz Body morphs needed for the “jiggly bits” can’t be transferred in any way that the IC morph animator could used to fake soft body physics animations.
