Greetings to all, I have been having a problem on my Windows 10 computer when I am trying to install the software iClone 5. I have no idea what could be the issue. Could anyone please help me to fix it?

Please can you explain a little bit more about the problem. For example, do you receive an error message when trying to install? If you do, please post a screenshot of it or let us know what it says.

Thank you so much for approving the post. But after searching online, I came across this useful guide https://www.thewindowsclub.com/cannot-install-uninstall-programs-windows-7. First I run this program as an administration as the articles instruction and finally I reinstalled the software. After doing the tasks properly, I have no longer any problem while installing it.
