Please can you explain a little bit more about the problem. For example, do you receive an error message when trying to install? If you do, please post a screenshot of it or let us know what it says.
If you don't get an error message, please describe the steps you take to install up to the point of the installation failing. Then we should be able to help you. Thanks.
Thank you so much for approving the post. But after searching online, I came across this useful guide https://www.thewindowsclub.com/cannot-install-uninstall-programs-windows-7. First I run this program as an administration as the articles instruction and finally I reinstalled the software. After doing the tasks properly, I have no longer any problem while installing it.
