Hi,

While LiveLink works well between Iclone 8 and UE5, I am keen to understand how to use animations I have used in Iclone on MetalHuman dummys, but rather than use LiveLink, I want to use FBX animation from Iclone 8 and use it on   Metahumans in Unreal. I can't work out how to use the fbx animation on MetaHumans.  

I have also tried using LiveLink to Transfer the animation but I am still struggling with using that on a MetaHuman with out using LiveLink.

Can someone please opffer some advice??

You need to download the Reallusion metahuman kit, and install that into your unreal project. Then when you import the dummy body fbx, turn off the mesh in the dialogue box, then choose the metahuman skeleton. There’s more to it but that’s the basic overview, if that helps :)
