I'm pretty new to iClone 8 and it's been a frustrating start while working on my first project. It consistently freezes after I attempt to undo a camera adjustment, motion or just about anything else. It also freezes after I attempt to press cancel in the point light color selection menu. After force quitting, when trying to reopen the project, it always freezes at 23% during the "converting data" stage of attempting to load the project. Of course this is especially distressing because I'm pressing to meet an impending deadline and have lost days of time restarting or troubleshooting.I've restarted the CPU, made sure iClone is updated, reinstalled my GPU drivers, opened iClone in administrative mode, and attempted to open restored files of the project, but I still have no success. I'm praying this will be an easy and common fix. Again, I'm new to this and appreciate any assistance you can offer.
