Thanks, Peter, for setting the record straight. EVERY software product has a EULA and the stock library clause has been part of the RL EULA is long as I can remember
Daz has amended their EULA to prohibit the use of any of their content with any AI art generator. this means none of the cool stuff that guys here are doing in our “AI assisted animation …” thread: such as using AI to post process frames of Camilla would be allowed with a Daz genesis character

@Peter (RL) Thanks for the clear notes. Ok, I will bypass CA5 completely if I think of doing anything with stock websites.
Thank you,

vijayrajesh.sg (5/27/2023) @coolhewitt24 Thanks and I will take your words. Please be careful of believing false information posted by others. When you purchase Cartoon Animator you agree to abide by the EULA. The EULA forbids the selling of videos or images generated from Cartoon Animator in stock libraries. If you wish to sell custom characters in stock libraries then just bypass Cartoon Animator completely. If you animate them in Cartoon Animator then unfortunately they can't be sold in stock libraries.

If you use the Cartoon Animator software then you are using the underlying infrastructure to make it useable in that software.

vijayrajesh.sg (5/25/2023) Does not it contradict "All videos (MP4, MOV etc.) generated from Cartoon Animator 5 are royalty free and can be sold on your own websites without any restrictions." ?
Because, suppose If I am selling it in my site, it means, I am selling it to multiple users. It is confusing EULA.
Can you explain the difference?
When you purchase our software we provide you with a royalty free license to sell or share the videos or images you create. This means you can sell the videos or images from your own website or monetise them on video sharing websites like YouTube etc.. However, you are not permitted to transfer this royalty free license to a third party such a stock library to allow them to sell your videos or images. So to be clear, only the purchaser of Cartoon Animator 5 and the royalty free license holder may sell the videos or images.
