Hi,

I know how to draw my own characters and I want to use your software CC 5 and animate them.  After animating, in green screen I want to sell them in my site.   May be provide them free too. I have been using Adobe Animate.  But after looking at your software, I feel like I can do more.  Please suggest, whether you allow this.

And the output will be MP4 or MOV

All videos (MP4, MOV etc.) generated from Cartoon Animator 5 are royalty free and can be sold on your own websites without any restrictions.

However you are not permitted to sell the actual character file (.ctTBActor) on your own website. Custom characters created in Cartoon Animator can only be sold in the Reallusion Marketplace.

1) Am I allowed to provide animations video free to my visitors?
2) Am I allowed to sell the animations (mp4 or mov) in stock sites?  But not the characters.

1) Yes you can provide animations in video form free to your visitors (mp4, mov, wmv etc.)



2) No this is not permitted under the EULA. The royalty free license for rendered video and image is not transferable to 3rd parties such as stock libraries. You can find out more about these restrictions in the EULA below.

Because, suppose If I am selling it in my site, it means, I am selling it to multiple users.  It is confusing EULA.

Can you explain the difference?

When you purchase our software we provide you with a royalty free license to sell or share the videos or images you create. This means you can sell the videos or images from your own website or monetise them on video sharing websites like YouTube etc.. However, you are not permitted to transfer this royalty free license to a third party such a stock library to allow them to sell your videos or images. So to be clear, only the purchaser of Cartoon Animator 5 and the royalty free license holder may sell the videos or images.

If you use the Cartoon Animator software then you are using the underlying infrastructure to make it useable in that software.
