If you are still having problems, please try closing CC4 down and then restart your computer. Now re-open CC4 (if you are presented with box saying new content has been found please allow this to run) then check again for your purchased content (hit Refresh to be sure).
If it is still not there, please check in your Reallusion Account >
Order History page to make sure the purchased content is there. If you purchased from the Marketplace please check in your
Inventory.
If your new content is successfully registered in your account, please let us know the content you have purchased and we can can let you know the exact place to look in Content Manager.
