Purchased Content not showing up in Content Manager

It's happened again! I purchased some new hair, then opened up CC, and couldn't find it. I've looked under Installed, Uninstalled and ALL, I've looked under Purchased Items, New Purchases and Recent Downloads, I've hit Refresh numerous times, and none of my new content shows up. Stuff I bought three days ago shows up, but not the stuff I've just bought! This happened before, but it fixed itself somehow. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. And the Content Manager Online Manual isn't providing any answers.

If you are still having problems, please try closing CC4 down and then restart your computer. Now re-open CC4 (if you are presented with box saying new content has been found please allow this to run) then check again for your purchased content (hit Refresh to be sure). 

If it is still not there, please check in your Reallusion Account > Order History page to make sure the purchased content is there. If you purchased from the Marketplace please check in your Inventory.

If your new content is successfully registered in your account, please let us know the content you have purchased and we can can let you know the exact place to look in Content Manager.

Same here. Just purchased the hair builder, but its not downloading and updating in the content manager. 
How can i fix this?
