I've been a long time CC3 user and recently made the move to CC4. Been working on a few characters but suddenly I can't open one of the project files. Not only is this a total pain but I'm really worried that some of my other characters will suddenly become unusable.
I've opened a support ticket but wondered if anyone else is having this issue, or have tips for retrieving my work.
