I get this error on both 1.24 and 1.25. I follow the directions exactly as to copying the Auto Setup Content and Plugins folder to my project but always get the above when starting the project.
Note that 1.23 was working in the same and other projects.
Thanx,
GIM
PS...here's where the Auto Setup folders are that I'm copying to my project.

Please try to completely delete the Content\CC_Shader and Plugins\RLPlugin folders in the project folder, and then reinstall the autosetup1.25.
You need to avoid direct installation by overwriting.

Thanx bro for the suggestion but had already tried that numerous times as I kept reinstalling each version from scratch. Version 1.23 works but 1.24 and 1.25 don't.

I tried in a blank UE5 project and it worked. Plugins aren't part of content so there is no way to migrate to another project so I'm still stuck in the same boat.

Maybe you have tried this method.
I'm not sure if it will help, but I can give a little idea.

You can try to add the plugins to the project again by deleting the plugins available in the project, the auto setup folder in the Plugin folder and the CC shader folder in the Content folder.
At the same time, if the Livelink plugin is active, disable it and activate it again after restarting. Also don't forget to update from your engine version for livelink plugin.
If none are working, you can try to migrate your old project to a new Unreal Engine project.

Thanx Yepkoo but I've done that as well with no joy! Driving me crazy as 1.23 works fine but neither 1.24 or 1.25 works on existing/or cloned project.

There are confusing issues with the latest Auto Setup process.
1. The 1.25 installer readme doesn't mention UE5 support.
2. The file structure in the 1.25 setup shows files with UE4 disignators yet the 1.23 structure doesn't.
And of course there is no reliable info on any of this I can find on RL nor has their support bothered to respond.

The readme file may not be updated.
I've been using it for a long time without any problems.
This seems to be more of a project related issue.
I had this type of problem when I copied a plugin from the Engine folder to the project folder. But the Autosetup plugin already needs to run in the project folder.

You can delete the Content and Config folders in the project folder and all the other folders except the .uproject file. (You can test it in a duplicate project.)
Also delete the cc shader folder in the content folder.

Then you can test the plugin by adding it back to your project.
By the way, when you open the project, it will start rebuilding all the shaders, but if the problem persists after you test the plugin, you can close the duplicate project.

Thanx again bro but I've already been down all those roads many times. The auto seup will work on a new project but not on an existing one or a cloned version.
RL support was useless as they just sent an install link and said copy ONLY the content folder over....which is total BS!!
I can kludge around it by importing into the new blank project and then migrating but that's a doubled workflow.
I've already reinstalled Windows and UE5 a couple of times but still same ole crap.
Thanx,

So RL support sends me one reply just to reinstall....waste of time.
Then this morning I get another reply saying the below which makes absolutely no sense:

Also, this is to inform you that iClone 7 cannot directly use the UE5 auto setup. You have to install Auto Setup 1.24, 1.25 to the Unreal 5 project, export FBX and put the FBX back in iClone7 for use.
