Sure, why not :)
I forgot to mention though, that you would also need availability/experience with some third party mesh editing app like Blender.
There probably something in the manual, but I'll just give you a quick rundown...
Send character to iClone and then to 3DX.
In 3DX scroll down or expand Face Setup section.
From here you have 2 options:
1. You can exaggerate particular face morphs by clicking on Expression Editor button and then clicking on appropriate morph picture (mostly in muscle section).
Then scroll the right section until found respective slider and manually enter the value over 100 until satisfied. And then click Set, exit Expression Editor and send character back to iClone and CC.
Again, this is only to exaggerate particular morphs.
2. Select desired morph in Morph List. Click Export. That would generate an OBJ file. You then take that OBJ file into third party app and sculpt it the way you'd like.
Make sure to keep Vertex Order while importing/exporting to/from third party app.
Import tweaked OBJ file back to 3DX by clicking Replace button in Morph List section. Send character back to iClone and then to CC.
If you need to apply amended face profile to
other characters, in 3DX > Expression Editor use Save, Load profile buttons to interchange.
Meaning once you have saved profile for a character you just tweaked some morphs for, you may apply that profile to any other character (given both characters are of the same Base and the same type of face profile).
Just noticed you work in Blender... So then it should not be hard for you at all. The only inconvenience is, that you have to export and work with individual morphs one by one.
