Hi!
I would like to know if there is an effect for setting the opacity of the edages of any blocks and walls. 
I would like to put two blocks and dissolve the right edge of the first one and the left edge of the second one.

You can create and add your own opacity maps to achieve such an effect. Use the UV map as a reference and add gradients as required.
