Hi guys,
I'm trying to animate some characters I'll then be moving to Unreal Engine for a final render. I want to animate these characters on an uneven outdoor terrain, so I exported my terrain from Unreal as an fbx, imported it into iclone7, and set it as a terrain.

The problem is, if I turn terrain snapping on, characters don't move along my custom terrain. Instead, they fall through the custom terrain and are snapped to the default flat grid below.
Here is a cube on my custom terrain.

Here it is when I turn terrain snapping on and try to move it.

Though I'm illustrating this with a cube, my actual goal is to animate people moving across the terrain. I'm assuming terrain snapping helps you keep their feet in contact with the uneven terrain as they move.
