Is there a way to scale Mason, making him larger? The scale gizmo is not highlighted and there is no adjustment for scale in Modify. I've seen this before, where the gizmo was grayed out, but there was a scale factor in Modify. Suggestions? Thanks! Maxx Powr

"Avatar Proportion" button in Modify panel. This cannot however be animated on the timeline. Only static scaling is possible.

Thanks so much. I found it (amazingly) but it will remove any animation info. I'll see what happens :) I can always put it back and it's good to see what happens.

Interesting! I thought I would be clever and create a duplicate Mason, so I could hide Mason 1 and then Resize Mason 2. It wouldn't let me. It removed the animation of Mason 2 the duplicate, which was fine, but then Avatar Proportion did nothing. I have another character prop that I can use. I was just surprised this didn't work.

Scaling/Morphing characters is extremely underdeveloped in iClone. There is not much can be done with it except for flexing muscles and other mesh related deformations. No bones scaling/transforming on the timeline. And that "forgotten" Avatar Proportion feature for G6 characters is full of bugs in iClone 7. Maybe iClone 8 would offer some refreshment in this area...

Hi,
Thanks. It was worth a try. I switched to a prop chacter and it scaled perfectly...which is a little weird since I think avatars are better than props as they will take motions applied to them. But, I don't know anything!
Fun to play around with it. Appreciate the help. I always think its something I've done wrong, but not always as it turns out. Waiting for 8 too. Thought May 1st would be the day, but no joy.

You can combine props and avatars. Little tricky but quite doable: https://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost500521.aspxIn your case it's even easier since you are transforming the same avatar.

Wow! That's amazing. Looks fantastic. A "little" complicated? I have trouble following a path ;) You really know what you are doing. Must have been doing this a longgggggg time. Kudos!

Another thing that can be done, is to save the animation under motion or motion plus. That way, you can apply that same animation to any character.

Thanks! I've actually had "some" success with that. My characters tend to be NOT Iclone 7, but rather imported through 3dxchange5 No motions seem to apply to those. :( I'm still stumbling around trying to find out what all the icons and buttons mean. It's like photoshop, there is always one more button or feature. But, it has been fun discovering things and making it work. Thanks again,
