   I'm trying to register as a developer but every time I get to the blue Register button and click on it, it takes me to this page: https://developer.reallusion.com/ Here is my overall experience:

Open the page https://developer.reallusion.com/ while logged in.
Click on the Content Developer link
You should be on the page: https://developer.reallusion.com/CertifiedContentDeveloper.html
Click on the Register to Join icon at the top of the page.
You should now be on the https://developer.reallusion.com/join.html
Press the blue Join Now button.
Watch the URL bar and you will see that you get rapidly forwarded through several pages before landing back at https://developer.reallusion.com/

I am using a Mac with the latest version of Chrome. I have cleared my browsing history/cache and this still occurs.
