Hi all, I'm trying to register as a developer but every time I get to the blue Register button and click on it, it takes me to this page: https://developer.reallusion.com/ Here is my overall experience: Open the page https://developer.reallusion.com/ while logged in. Click on the Content Developer link You should be on the page: https://developer.reallusion.com/CertifiedContentDeveloper.htmlClick on the Register to Join icon at the top of the page. You should now be on the https://developer.reallusion.com/join.htmlPress the blue Join Now button. Watch the URL bar and you will see that you get rapidly forwarded through several pages before landing back at https://developer.reallusion.com/I am using a Mac with the latest version of Chrome. I have cleared my browsing history/cache and this still occurs.

Hi Jeff Are you logged into the same account where you registered your purchased Reallusion software (iClone, Character Creator, Cartoon Animator). This is required to become a developer.

Hi Peter, I believe so. It's the same account where I purchase all of my content and everything shows up in my Smart Gallery. I've also met the threshold for the free upgrade to iClone8/CC4 on that account so Im pretty sure Im using the correct account (I believe I only have the 1).

I'm definitely using the correct account. I started Reallusion hub and checked my account. Under the Software Registration tab I can see the serial numbers for iClone 7 and CC3.

jeff.davies (3/2/2022) I'm definitely using the correct account. I started Reallusion hub and checked my account. Under the Software Registration tab I can see the serial numbers for iClone 7 and CC3.Thanks for checking. I have had a check of the registration process and it appears working fine with Microsoft Edge. It may be that Chrome is the issue here. You mention having iClone and Character Creator, so do you have a Windows computer as well? If so are you able to try with that computer or try with a different browser just for the registration process?

Thanks Peter, So I just tried again on my Windows machine using MS Edge. I'm getting the exact same behavior. I hardly ever use edge so its a pretty clean environment wrt the cache and so forth. Could there be something wrong with my account? As I mentioned, I do see the URL bar update with several different URLs in a split second as one page forwards to the next. So my account info isn't "passing the test" on one of these pages.
