I've started working on a project that requires G5 characters, due to the game engine used only supporting skeletal facial animation, and I've noticed that Face Puppet and Face Key no longer seem to be working on G5 standard characters if I swap the heads for other G5 heads I have.  I get the usual warning regarding the missing extra expression items but nothing works at all where-as I'm sure they used to, although it's been a while since I worked with G5 characters.  I'm on the latest 7.93 version of iClone7.

My first reaction was to test them in iClone6 and they are all working as expected there.  So out of interest I exported a character with a replaced G5 head to 3DXchange and checked the expression list, the standard 36 expressions appeared to be set so I set the remaining additional 24 expressions that are part of the newer expression set and saved it back to iClone.  Everything now worked, so I saved the head as a custom head.  However, if you now use the custom head on a G5 character that fails again in the exact same way, nothing works!  This means effectively I'd have to modify the heads expression list everytime I used them which is annoying to say the least.  Only the Standard G5 Chuck character head appears to work as expected, which is the one getting swapped out of course.  Is this a bug that's crept in since I last worked with G5 characters?

I note I can save the whole character once I've updated the head as a custom character or export and reimport in as an iAvatar and they continue to work.
