It has 0 faces. And CC cannot take such a mesh. Looks like you made some particle hair in Blender, but they would not work well in CC anyway.
I never dealt with particle hair in Blender, but there probably a way to solidify them at source.
Otherwise, you can try to extrude all vertices with some low value like 0.001 to create thin strips.
Or get more sophisticated - convert it to curve, bevel with built-in square profile and then use another curve (like a path) and apply it as taper to make a thin pyramid shape so it looks like a thin hair.
Bottom line, that object has to have faces, otherwise CC would keep crashing. And scale it to 100 when exporting from Blender.
