My question is this:
Is Adobe Animate the only way to create vector characters into CTA4?
Because it's kinda frustrating to have great graphic and vector programs but only one or two can be used to accomplish the mission, and those are tied to subscriptions so that the customer never owns what they pay for. Please answer if you would be so kind.
