Ok, I do not get it.

Why can I not export fbx because of the screen resolution? the button to export is under the screen and can not be moved or resized.

Why have they not fixed this issue?

It is a easy fix I'm sure.

you can drag the window size of most all the gizmos in Character Creator v3.44.

But you can not adjust the size of the export window.

it looks to me like a easy thing to fix.

why should my resolution be to blame when the program creators need to fix this.

It is very frustrating and stupid.

Hi...

The required screen resolution for iClone and Character Creator is 1920 x 1080 or higher. Are you using a lower resolution?

If you have a modern graphic card that runs iClone and/or Character Creator you should be able to adjust the resolution to be 1920 x 1080. It is normally only older graphics cards and monitors that don't support 1920 x 1080 and these would not really be compatible with iClone or CC3 anyway. If you can adjust your screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 this  will allow the Export panel to display correctly.

My display is at

1366x768 and I do not have any option to change it to 1920 x 1080 and this was my point.

Now I have to buy another pc to justify something that can be fixed in the programming of the program.

What kind of PC do you have (Desktop, Laptop?) and which graphic card are you using? It may be that you only need to use a different monitor that supports 1920 x 1080 or higher.

Unfortunately 1366 x 768 is really a low resolution for todays software which is now moving to even higher resolutions like 4K. Sadly you will run into problems unless you can upgrade to a higher resolution.

However, I will pass on your feedback to the Character Creator team for them to review.

There's a little program called AltDrag, that lets you alt-click and drag the window from anywhere inside it, not just the title bar. It will let you push the window up so you can press the buttons at the bottom.
(I would recommend unbinding the left-alt hotkey in the configuration so it doesn't interfere with the character creator viewport navigation hotkeys.)

Well thank you as I and others just can not go out and buy new equipment just to export something.

Which card you have on your PC and which card software you use?
I can simulate this on my OLD monitor and check.

There can be possibly two tricks to make it come back at correct position.

1) Force the program to run at even lower resolution and then open Export dialog and drag it up, close the dialog- Close the Program and Then Revert to Default resolution,

Basically right click on exe and go to compatibility and change resolution e.g. your case 800 x 600 etc , bit lower
2) Uninstall and Reinstall.
3) I could be completely off the base with 1 and 2, but in my case i was able to export as the button to export is visible @1366 x 768

Cheers and All the best

I switched to the resolution you use just to see if there is any issues. There is no issue when i use thar resolution.
What is your dpi/scale setting on the screen? It worked for me with both 100% and 125% if you go higher i don't know what happens.
I did this on Windows/PC.
