I bought the icontent license and have upgraded to export for several items.  However the items I've upgraded will not export.  When I try it says I need to purchase the upgrade license.  Is there something I need to do to get iclone and character creator to acknowledge the upgrade?

Unfortunately, the export licenses are not always recognized automatically. I'm having the same problem, which should really be fixed by RL, as it is annoying.

What you need to do for now is select "Activated Purchased Items" from the Help menu. That should fix it.
