Can someone help me understand what I am looking at?  I am trying to install another license of CC3+ pipeline and iClone but it says that I don't have any seats left.  I purchased my first copy (which allowed me to install on my work desktop and laptop for remote), then I bought another seat for another workstation (so in theory I should have 4 total, one for each office workstation and laptop for remote homework).  From the attached photo, my account appears to show that I've used 3, and have 1 remaining, but when I try to install, it says I have no additional seats left.  Any thoughts or explanation as to why?  Thanks in advance.
