Update: With the apology email coming form Reallusion today all plugins and profiles are there!

Did you get the upgrades? I spent over $900 and did not get the upgrade serial numbers. Just upgrades for my plugins.

Downloaded and tried out the new features, especially iClone8 and boy, would have it spare me some grey hair, if it had been available last year ;)
- so, great work so far, looking forward to check out all the new features.

I noticed that yesterday I was able to redeem the free upgrade to Live Face Plugin as I owned it in the previous version.
Today, SkinGen and Headshot were redeemable for me after I followed the same link from the email.

So did I understand it correctly, that all the plugins I own are getting "unlocked" for upgrade in the next days? I'm looking at the Reallusion Hub and it suggests me a Trial for the Rokoko Suit and Gloves Plugins, which I bought in the previous version, so I hope its just a matter of time, till it offers me a free upgrade?

The upgrade price is actually completly crazy. Pretty sure there will be a better offer for black friday…

Plus many bugs and problems to manage with this first release… it’s hurry to wait before upgrading for iClone 7 users.

I'm waiting for my serial numbers. I bought enough content to qualify. So I decided to install the trial versions. However, I had to mess with Norton anti-virus to get it to install. I had to turn off device protection because the Realluion hub kept trying to download to a new temp folder after I whitelisted the temp folder from, the previous download. I also had a lot of problems with the certificates for the installations and programs. For security reasons Reallusion should try to make sure the programs are digitally signed.

I absolutely agree. I want to be excited about this release, but the upgrade pricing is effectively a sham and not appealing at all... I'll have to wait for a more reasonable deal.

IDK, I'm kind of loving it? It seems like there are going to be some bumps in the road, but it feels like things I didn't even bother submitting as an issue have been fixed through this and all the recent content upgrades. It's like i wrote down a list of everything I need to produce an entire multiverse of tv series and reallusion was like 'easy bro, won't even break a grand'.

I agree. I was expecting, or perhaps hoping that a price of around 399 dollars would be top for an upgrade, instead it's nearly twice that. It's a shame.

looking forward to spending all day playing with this after my doctors appointment. So far I like that the smary gallery and content manager are merged. I had such a hard time explaining why they were separate things, and though one was for online and the other for offline, it was still confusing.
