Internet interference caused by Reallusion Hub and iClone 7

I have been CC3 for months and everything was fine. But recently I had a problem that was not there before. I found out that Reallusion Hub and Iclone interfere with wi-fi connection on PC while running. For example, it causes delays and pauses during skype voice and video conversation and most important causes pauses and delays while using the live face plugin in iclone and Rokoko motion capture. I tried different network resets, drivers, reinstall and tried different internet sources. Someone post a similar issue previously but no response yet.

You can quit the Hub, and see if that makes a difference. right-click it in the system tray and select "Quit".

Another connection is the Smart Gallery. You can try setting that to offline. I don't have iClone in front of me, but there is a setting for that in SG.

Honestly, I consider this pretty normal as the communication is made via WiFi.

This was supposed to have been resolved with a recent update. If you reach out to RL through the Feedback Tracker, they should be able to track down and fix the issue.

Hi everyone,

Hub v4.09.5513.1 was released for the following updates. This update is mainly for PC users only. 
  • Enhanced: Optimizes flow when serial number verification failed.
  • Fixed: Network stability issues when the Hub was running in certain environments. (FT #7909, reported by aew928)

Through this update, the network connection shall not be affected by Hub.

Yes, it works when I quit the Reallusion Hub. But whenever I turn on the iClone 7, it causes the same internet issue.

Delays are acceptable when I use a motion capture suit especially when I am not in a magnetic-free environment. However, the problem caused by iclone is that it makes the suit disconnect with my pc every six seconds, which is not acceptable.

I turn off the smart library or make it offline. But it doesn't make difference.

I have the same problem as you, hyang546. With my ASUS ROG RAPTURE GT-AX11000 router I have a great connection for my Smartsuit in Rokoko Studio (mostly green lights and a few yellow). However, every time I start iClone 7 the Smartsuit keeps losing its connection for many seconds and then it comes back for a few seconds. Sometimes iClone 7 turns off my wifi too. These interruptions begin almost as soon as iClone 7 is started. That is, this happens even before clicking Start Livestream in Rokoko Studio. After I exit iClone 7 i have a perfect connection again with my Smartsuit in Rokoko Studio. I have the facial mocap stuff for iClone but have to consider livestreaming via some other software and then use Rokoko's facial motion capture solution. At the moment I can use my Rokoko Smartsuit, but not live via iClone 7.
