This is something you should be proud of. I found this to be very interesting to watch. There were some fun moments, especially the combat I thought was done well.
Things to improve would be:
Voice acting (It can be hard to get all pro VA's for a project, especially if they are doing it for free, but if you do it really makes a difference)
Lip Sync - Didn't really match up that well, and this is a big time consumer so if you were trying to save time I can understand why you'd skip on tweaking it to perfection. It takes a long time.
Animations - Some were fantastic, others could use a little work. Definitely some slippage of walking especially the woman at the end after the credits sliding across the floor to the bed.
Lighting - Nailed the RE look but I don't think there was enough contrast as someone else stated.
Either way it was enjoyable, and again be proud. It takes a lot of work and dedication to create a film from start to finish.
Props for doing right by the actors and creating an end credits sequence for them. That's huge in my opinion, especially if they helped for free. It's one of the things I always do in my films as well.
