I have a character dressed in a bra and panties, and noticed the bra was covering too much of the breast.

The bras do not come with an opacity map, so I created one from the UV map.

I then edited the Opacity map to show a little more cleavage.

How do you create the semi-transparent mesh?

It's done by applying shades of grey (gray) to areas the opacity map that you wish to be transparent.
