Hi, everyone. I have an upcoming animation project and I'm gathering my options on how to efficiently animate the faces of non-standard, non-human custom characters.
I'm wondering if it's possible to import just the head to iClone for just doing facial animation using FaceWare? I already have head morphs lined up and some bones for the eyes, jaw, and tongue. But I'm not sure what to do next. All the tutorials I've read involve standard human characters with standard bones and morphs already applied. But I'm working on a completely custom character. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

As long as they have the right morphs it can be done.  Those morphs need to be matched up.  I think I go over some of it here:

Alienware Aurora R16, Win 11, i9-149000KF, 3.20GHz CPU, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090 (24GB), Samsung 870 Pro 8TB, Gen3 MVNe M-2 SSD, 4TBx2, 39" Alienware Widescreen Monitor

This process is far more complex than I initially thought. Thanks for this. I might have to spend an entire week of trial and error to get this working for my character.
