I am importing DAZ Genesis 8 character into 3DXchange 7.7 as well as importing into iClone 7 through 3DXchange. The hand seems to be out of sorts in both the programs. We are running out of time. Any help is appreciated. 75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlarge 75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlarge PC Specs: 1. Was the character correctly identified as a G8 character in 3DXchange 7 when you imported it? Also can you let us know the name of the character if it was purchased from the Daz3D or Renderosity stores? Thanks.

I tried with the Marnie character and it imported fine for me in both 3DXchange 7 Pipeline and iClone 7 without the hand issues. I didn't export from Daz Studio with hair so try that to see if it makes a difference. You can also see my export settings below. Make sure to choose FBX Binary 2012 in case you were using a different version. 75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlarge

Just to add, do make sure you are using the latest build of 3DXchange 7 which is 7.7.4310.1. You can check this my going to Help > About iClone 3DXchange 7. I also noticed that your character in 3DXchange 7 is in an A-Pose. If correctly identified as a G8 character it should be in a T-Pose like below. 75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlarge

Yes I am using the said version of 3DXchange. Here is the screenshot while importing the FBX version 2011. 75% of original size (was 672x19) - Click to enlarge

I don't have that particular hair. Try exporting from Daz Studio without the hair attached to the character. You can then export the hair separately and apply it to your character in iClone.
