Just released "Debris Generator", a plug-in to quickly clone and scatter items (Props) randomly around your scene.  You select the number of clones and adjust ranges for Movement, Rotation, & Scale for the clones, as well any Color Variations. Cloned props (with physics applied) can also be 'dropped' via gravity onto physics-enabled objects (infinite plane, terrain, etc.) for more natural dispersal.  More info here:
