I don't know why I'm bothering asking this question here. The staff at Reallusion doesn't seem to answer any of the questions. Spend a couple grand, get zero service...

The Reach Target Balls are exporting with my character in Unreal... If I delete them, I lose the Reach Constraints... How do I solve this and why would they export in the first place? Who wants Reach Target Balls in their Exports? Why is this a thing?

Hi,
You have probably misunderstood the meaning of the forum.
This is a user forum and not a support forum for RL employees.
Here, users try to help each other as much as possible and as far as they can. You will rarely find RL employees here.
If you need technical support you should contact the RL support specifically or publish the error in the feedback tracker

The Reach Target balls are exported because they are attached to the character, exactly like hair or clothes.
I don't know about exporting to UE, but I think the best approach is to save the animation having constraints baked, then fully delete the Reach Target, apply the saved animation, then export the animated character. Anyway, be aware that the baked animation is slightly different than the non-baked one+reach balls (reported issue)
