I had a good laugh reading your post, because its requirements made me think of those blockbuster movies where somebody zoom-in a pixel to construct the whole Manhattan where zooming more there is a girl having a small tattoo under her left arm.

On a serious note: better suggest those website you mentioned to provide an "export as FBX" feature for the heads it generates, would be much simpler. Headshot's tweaks and sliders has their own, clear purposes, as the 1K resolution you mentioned. If you think, an audio recording studio has hundreds of sliders, or, even better, have you ever seen a Moog synthesizer? You cannot play anything on it, rotflmao

What's interesting also about the website provided by the OP is that all photos are front view only and fairly low resolution. So where do the side view and 8k textures come from?

@auwebber23 ai can do alot now swap and mimic voices,face and body swaps and much much more.
there is a android app called reface
which allows you to put anybodies face on any footage
and it looks very impressive in fact some dude just got hired by lucasfilms
for fixing luke skywalker in the mandalorian series
you dont need a fbx, do your scene and swap faces
this can go both ways you can face swap real celebs etc into your iclone scenes as well.
