I've started my WIP #1 and will be using the artstation portfolio for the WIP. If anyone wants to follow along then click on the link below. Artstation Portfolio https://www.artstation.com/artwork/nY4899Artstation Homepage https://www.artstation.com/slayerazazelI've decided to create an orc as my first submission. I know, how original right? Well, I'm challenging myself with this one. I have uninstalled all purchased morph sliders and will only be creating the character with the default CC morph sliders and ZBrush. I'll also be trying to stick to the default skingen tools. Armor and clothing will be made from scratch also. I think I'll be aiming for a realistic orc so this will probably be under the realistic category. Feel free to follow along. I have added made a youtube playlist also which will consist of clothing/armor creation time-lapses. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKJyXJ2KQFwMkFxxAcb6qqSfwEE3qFgveI've already done the base shape and morphs and some minor editing. Now for some more ZBrush edits for muscle definition and facial feature definitions. Checkout my artstation WIP thread for almost step by step updates.

I am really tempted to do this contest, but I am setting up an archery business and we are lathing and milling parts for custom bows and arrows, so I dont think I would have enough time to do this. I love what you have been doing and the characters you have been making lately. If I do get back to game programing in Unreal, I will defiinately be purchasing some of your new outfits.

I haven't really done any morphs for about 2 years (Just some aliens and the chibi characters) The skingen characters i posted in the Competition - Stylish Digital Human Showcase Collection were some of my older morphs when I first started with iClone/Character creator. I just brought them back to life with the new skingen plugin. So I feel a little rusty making characters as I've been spending the majority of my time on cloth creation.

https://www.artstation.com/artwork/nY4899I've added a small amount of skingen to the Orc to get a feel of where the details are so I can tweak them in ZBrush a bit better. I'll try to be as detailed as I can in the portolio. For what I use and the steps I am taking. So far it's just been a few iterations of base morph tweaks and Zbrush tweaks.

I like your Orc also as it is different than the others. Its nice to have a choice with the characters. I haven't had time, and or made time to jump back into the CC3, and or iClone since this archery company thing. Once we get it rolling we will either be making to much money and be so busy that I will not have time, or if it stays steady, then perhaps I can get back into game programing, and making game characters again. At that point I think I will buy most of the outfits on the Store, and seek out your clothing. I might even ask for you to make some outfits/armor pieces and would pay commission for you to do so, if you have the time at that point. I was learning MD9 and Z brush, but honestly, if I could afford to buy things from Daz and here as far as outfits, I can whip up the Characters, Minus special ones like lets say Dragons, and or Giant Spiders/Scorpions, but I could pay for someone to rig those for iClone/Unreal. At this point when and if I get back to making the Game that I am envisioning I hope that I can pay for a lot of the content. Hell, I would even consider paying Programmers to make it work from my direction. Well anyway, I am getting long winded here. Keep on Keeping on, and once again. Love your Style, love your content. From one content developer to another. Peace Out, and keep up the clothing, Love the Bible/Midieval stuff. Haratio.
