To activate iClone 7 you will need to be online.
The most common cause of connection issues is when you are using a proxy or vpn connection, or your security software is blocking access to our servers.
To try to resolve the connection issues you are having, please see below:
1) Please try the following steps in Windows 10:
a) Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Network and Internet" > "Proxy".
b) Now check to see if you are using a Manual Proxy Server. Please disable this option if it is currently on.
c) Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Network and Internet" > "VPN".
d) Again check to see if you are using a VPN. Please disable this option if it is currently on and try again to activate iClone 7.
2) Please temporarily disable any security program - such as software firewall, hardware (router) firewall, antivirus, ad-blockers from toolbars - that may interfere with the activation process. Once complete, please turn back on.
