Not activating

I bought online 7 and downloaded it when I went to install it and get activation it just stop and says no internet connection I have checked every thing I have tried to put code in offline and it says wrong code a bought it from reallusion website

Hi...

To activate iClone 7 you will need to be online.

The most common cause of connection issues is when you are using a proxy or vpn connection, or your security software is blocking access to our servers.

To try to resolve the connection issues you are having, please see below:

1) Please try the following steps in Windows 10:

a) Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Network and Internet" > "Proxy". 
b) Now check to see if you are using a Manual Proxy Server. Please disable this option if it is currently on.
c) Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Network and Internet" > "VPN".
d) Again check to see if you are using a VPN. Please disable this option if it is currently on and try again to activate iClone 7.

2) Please temporarily disable any security program - such as software firewall, hardware (router) firewall, antivirus, ad-blockers from toolbars - that may interfere with the activation process. Once complete, please turn back on.

Still does not work it says setup is unable to retrieve the information from internet to validate your serial is there any way I can get a new activation code and try again

I downloaded Character creator and installed it no problems it. Activated ok

If you are still unable to activate iClone 7 then you can request an offline activate code from Technical Support. Please find instructions in the attached PDF document (ignore reference to the older version).

Why is it nobody wants to know I have sent about 5 tickets even smart gallery won't activate
