Thanks so much for giving me a hand with this. I really appreciate it. I gave your pointers a try, but I am still getting this. It wants to be there and a the right size but its telling me no. What am I missing? ***EDIT**** I discovered the transparency settings were the issue. Really thank all of you for your help. I have it sorted now. Cheers everyone!

To follow up: I imported the top in CC and had to scale it to 3750 to get about the right size. I also noticed that the model was rotated, so I had to rotate it 12 degrees around the Y axis to get that right. I then corrected the pivot (click Edit Pivot). The Y value was at 348 degrees so I set that to "0". After making these changes you should now be able to continue from there.

Kelley is right. If I import the object into 3DXchange it says it is too small. It sets the size to 1275, but i think you need something like 5000. You would have to check with an actual character.

My guess is the scale is wrong. Try scaling it up a LOT (like 10000x). If necessary, bring it into Blender and rescale there first.
