that could be a variety of things, so i'd suggest troubleshooting this via checklist approach
1 -opacity maps - I see that strange corner on the hair - Daz opacity maps tend to do this often, so tweaking opacity settings, trying the alpha threshold to adjust manually ...basically daz opacity is sensitive to daz studio, and with recent Iclone builds opacity maps have become sensitive with it's own settings...and sometimes you may even have to tweak them with a photo editor. - consider when you import a daz character through cc3, i don't believe you are actually importing the daz character, you are reshaping the iclone base mesh to mimic the daz shape....the clothes and hair come in separately as props on a new mesh - what could possibly go wrong ? lol
2 - I see the strange random hairs, dunno if that's part of the basic style ...or a morph gone wild ...so i'd check morphs
3 - then there's the fact that iclone is the nsa of keyframing, and records every move you make ...so if you adjust the wig at frame 30 and go back to frame 1 ...it's animating from the original shape to the shape you created at frame 30, so to check this off the list ..go to the last frame in your project ....select the wig, then select animation ..or right click, and select "remove object animation" to prevent any accidental animations.
these are 3 things that come to mind that would make your character wig out (pun intended), that you should inspect
