Hi guys,
This post was at one of my thread  but it was drowned in many discussion topics apart from the main topic so I had to create a new thread :), so thank you guys, with all due respect to you, if you are not interested, we have said enough on "I like iclone, I leave unreal or vice versa "just let those who are interested discuss the real subject of the post. Really, thank you.

Okay guys, here are the screens, it's for Rosuckmedia as he asked to it but for other interested too

EXPORT PRINCIPAL AVATAR WITH ALL MOTIONS

EXPORT ALL OTHERS AVATARS WITHOUT ANIMATION

https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/9926eef0-8347-4274-8473-463b.png

IMPORT TO UNREAL YOUR PRINCIPAL AVATAR WITH ALL MOTIONS (you know doing that)

AND IMPORT ALL OTHER AVATARS WITHOUT ANIMATIONS WITH THIS SETTING, CHOOSE THE SAME SKELETON OF YOUR PRINCIPAL AVATAR; unreal keep the last skeleton used, so you just check, normally, it's already the good skeleton

IN UNREAL PLACE ALL ANIMATED MESH AT YOUR SCENE (in red)

https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/1b33fbfd-424f-4b8a-8dba-2a7a.png

FINALLY CHANGE THE MESH AND THAT'S IT

https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/f072f2d7-bc7e-483c-baeb-2600.png

That's it. Please, don't say it's a ton of difficult work, it's easy if you're concentrated, and even if it's not easy, I don't think there's a magic clic giving you a good results, we have to learn learn learn, work work work :)

glad to see you use unreal i glad for you. i see your video in 4k :O  .  but the lack of ambient occlusion. the lack of global ilumination on characters and very low ress  shadows on characters
make all thing looks bad.

Thanks Charly, I really wish you could do a video walkthrough? I think this sort of thing needs it, screen grabs are great but to show a process from A, to B to ,C  video is super clear. and easy to pause and follow along.
Thanks for all your work on this subject, I'm really interested in this RL-Unreal marriage.
The new CC shaders to Unreal coming soon should make a big difference to the look and quality as at the moment they are not as good as IC can produce....to me anyway.

today iclone have the best realtime SSS in market. is fun seeing ppl exporting to unreal to get the "ceramic dool look" they always have on iclone on past
is really fun. i dont mean unreal dont have a good SSS shader it have, but ppl export to unreal and dont use it. like i can see on this video. so is fun... really.

oh you know, this is not a final , it's a beginning lol , even phone are not there, I'm glad too to see you stay with just iclone because Iclone is a very good tool. And bad for you isn't bad for other people so I prefer say I don't like because "good" and "bad" are really relative and subjective.

i was very clear, looks bad. cause the lack of Ambient occlusion, global ilumination on characters and poor shadows. its not subjective is a fact.
