Hi Everyone,  
Character rigging is one of the most difficult things about the software. You can spend a lot of time trying to fix issues with your character. It might be one of the reason why there isn't a lot of new characters in the reallusion market place. I'm curious if anyone has found a really good rigging video on Youtube.  I have recently developed a couple new character but I don't want to waste a lot of time on rigging. I  would like to recommend Reallusion consider creating an independent Cartoon Animator channel instead of mixing two software products together on one channel.  I will watch all the current rigging videos again to try to speed up my character rigging process.   This is my new character and you can find my channel here  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-_ReB1kqKNr-XIOEZggUWA

How do you plan to create your characters? Will you be using the PSD Templates to create standard G3 characters or are you wanting help to rig Free Bone characters?

Hi Peter,

I am using the sprite replacement method to create a a characters but I am having issues with the software. I am hoping support gives me priority because I want to do some live streaming with this method.

If you are using the Sprite Replacement method in Cartoon Animator then I'm assuming you have followed the tutorial below. This has always worked for me in the past so if you are having problems with it, please let us know at which part you have issues and we will look into it.

Hi Peter, 

My issues is with the Keep Parent Transform button. Its stopped working. Is there a way to reset the software without affecting all the downloaded content. There is a work space default in the software in Cartoon Animator but I want to reset software feature too. Uninstalling and reinstalling takes a very long time to do. Two days, I have been waiting for a response from support.

I am having the same issues with "Keep Parent Transform" as well. I think I am following the tutorial correctly. 

I have looked all over for a solution. I see comments where people have trouble with it.

Then it is stated that it works for others. 

I have not seen a confirmed solution where someone with the problem then fixes it or finds a solution.

What can I provide to help with finding a solution with this?  Post a video share a files?  Version numbers of software?

Do u use a pipeline version? I dont have a lot of problem when i start with a preview actor

Yes. I use the Pipeline version and Affinity Designer for creating the sprites.

I agree - I'm also having issues with this.
