theschemer (11/18/2019) Has anything changed for creating a head from a photo or is it the same as before? The new Head Creator plugin will be released later. I think this year.

The DH man example is great at Iclone, I find the female model need some adjustments. This is very very promising.. Really good work RL, I replaced my old avatar to the DH male model at one of my scenes and it's really awesome. Thank you RL, thank you 76% of original size (was 661x19) - Click to enlarge

Thanks. I just read about the Headshot plugin and it may be released tomorrow. I for one am excited as what always starts out like a plan when making a head from a photo, usually disappoints in the end. And short hair or a built-in hair tool would be nice too. Thanks, TS

For crowd scenes and background characters Headshot has an Auto mode that creates low poly hair from the photo. You can get surprisingly good results from just a single photo.

Tumac (11/18/2019) It isn't allowing me to even click download in the hub. I downloaded updates for all my plugins, worked totally fine. Not sure what the issue is.
Try logging out of the Hub and then back in again. This should ensure everything is refreshed. Do also check that your version of iClone hasn't been updated automatically when you updated the other items. You can check by going to Help > About iClone when you have iClone running. If it shows 7.7 then you are updated.

Has anyone had luck applying the DH skins (body or face) to a character that was converted to CC3? I have a CC1/CC2 character I converted to CC3, and tried to apply these high res skins and it comes out looking deformed and terrible.

I've tried, but the skins don't seem to work on converted CC1 characters.

RL, thank you for all these improvements. They sound awesome and i can't wait to start using them. dante1st (11/19/2019) Has anyone had luck applying the DH skins (body or face) to a character that was converted to CC3?

This sounds really disappointing on the other hand. Have you tried saving the head of a converted character and then apply it to a native CC3 avatar?
