Hi there!
I've a CA4 pipe for Mac and I can perform correctly the walk forward animation when the character is as it is, I mean walking from right to left. If I flip horizontally the character there is no way to loop the correctly the animation. Look at this example:

Thank you but that's not my problem. I'm able to perform the rights movements from right to left but not from left to right after flipping the character. Moreover as I showed in the video the character is coming back not on the original position on frame 1 but out of the stage. So try to reply my (possible) issue in this way:
1. Put a character on the left side of the stage.
2. Flip it horizontally.
3. Walk Forward S, Walk Forward L
4 Now try to extend a second Forward with the classical 2 ways suggested

Let me know, best. K.

Again, look at this video and try to copy the same movements.

You can fix this issue by setting a transform key at the end of your first "Walk Forward (2L)"
and then push your character to the exact same place for your second "Walk Forward (2L)"
BUT "align with previous motion" should work and it doesn't...

The one having a problem is you.
I am suggesting the possible way to rectify the error.
Check it and make sure you've done all that.
Apply the motion first .. then flip it.
Otherwise, just ignore it.

Thanks.

I do not think this is "my problem". The software reacts in 2 different ways: it's running very well when moving a character from right to left, and in a completely different way from left to right. The same for editing arms after flipping: the left arm is the right one and so on... I think that if you flip a character there should be a way to name its components with the right name. Thanks.

Interesting solution but I do not understand how to detect the X and Y numbers because they are not changing with the forward 2L motion. Can you send me please an example? Thank you!

"Vepop" is right!
You simply have to flip AFTER you did the motion from right to left...
After flipping you will have to shove your character to the left at frame 1 ;)
