https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/f8f72084-68f8-448a-ae01-256f.pngWhen I open the FBX window to export my avatar as fbx, from character creator 3. It opens the fbx window so long, that it goes over the bottom of the screen and the top, and I'm not to be able to press the export button. I've tried everything i know. making the window screen larger or smaller, tried moving the fbx window, but it won't. Placing the taskbar on the side didn't help! Help please.ThanksCharles

What screen resolution are you running?  Try 1920x1080.

Alienware Aurora R7, Win 10, i7-8700k, 4.7GHz CPU, 32GB RAM, GTX Titan XP (12GB), Samsung 960 Pro 2TB M-2 SSD, TB+ Disk space

What the heck kind of card are you running?  You need to be using at least an NVidia 1060 (1070 or 1080 would be better).  CC3/iClone *will* run on lesser cards, but not well.

Might be time to upgrade your card (I've honestly never had a card that couldn't do 1920x1080, at least in this century).

@charles_samuel2000, @meiteisingh0

This issue occurs when your screen resolution is too low. Please share your system specifications including graphics card. If you have a compatible graphics card it will certainly allow you to choose a suitable resolution like 1920 x 1080. If you don't have this option you may be using an incompatible graphics card.
